1. Account Registration

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

2. Product Listings

• Product images may differ slightly from actual items
• All prices are in Tanzania and inclusive of VAT (where applicable)
• We reserve the right to modify prices and discontinue products without notice
• Product availability is subject to change

3. Orders & Payments

• Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs upon shipment
• We accept cash on delivery & Mobile payments
• You authorize us to charge the total amount (including taxes and shipping) to your selected payment method
• Failed payments may result in order cancellation

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns accepted within 3 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached
• Replacement will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days
• Customer bears return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

6. Intellectual Property

• All website content (logos, text, graphics) is our property or licensed to us
• You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without permission
• User-generated content grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
