Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Delivery to other regions may be available for select products - please contact us for more information.

Delivery Times

• Standard delivery: 2-3 business days
• Express delivery: 1 business day (available for additional fee)
• Delivery times may vary during holidays or peak seasons

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the size/weight of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Exchange Policy (No Returns)

Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is defective or damaged
• You received the wrong item
• The item is significantly different from its description

Exchange Process

1. Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery at support@bazirio.com
   or call 0657 982 476
2. Provide your order number and photos of the item showing the issue
3. Once approved, we will arrange for pickup of the item
4. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will ship the replacement

Conditions

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours
• Exchanges are subject to product availability

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

• Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
• Perishable goods
• Items marked as "final sale"
• Digital products
